Engineering Support

Our Tech Support team and our Field Application Engineers (FAEs) want to assist you with your project. They are available between the hours of 8 am and 5pm Pacific Monday through Friday. You can choose from the following methods:

• Phone - USA 916-632-4664. If you prefer engineer-to-engineer discussion please give us a ring. Our Tech Support team will pair you with the right Field Application Engineer. Please allow up to 48 hours for your FAE to contact you.
• Start a support ticket at our Support Portal. The Support Portal also gives us the opportunity to evaluate your needs through discussion tracking and problem resolution and put you in touch with the right Engineer.

All methods of communication between Tech Support, Parallax Semiconductor FAEs, and our customers are held in strict confidence.
